Throughout my posts I often mention where you can find further information. I’ll keep doing this, but as posts archive, I don’t want you to have to dig around for what you want! This page is somewhere permanent to find resources for SAD.
I know how exhausting it can be searching around for information when you’re feeling ‘bleurgh’ with SAD symptoms! There are so many websites out there that mention SAD now, which is great because it shows that awareness is growing. However, it can be difficult to know what information to trust.
My aim for this site is to curate resources for SAD that you’ll find useful and interesting, as well as providing you with my personal perspective on what it’s like to live with the condition. I am not a medical professional, though, so I always recommend that you consult with your GP and read more ‘official’ sources of information such as those given below.
